One simple logic is to  Avoid  kapha predominant (madhuram and ,sheetali foods) like ice cream,non veg etc.  eat pitta (katu,tikta,kashaya) predominant foods like pepper,ginger,garlic etc... And Make Sure A balance is maintained  Eat anti bactieral and immunity boosting foods like neem leaves,turmeric,tulsi leaves etc... Do *YOGA* Suryanamaskaras, kapalabhati to cleanse lungs,suryabhedana (krimi dosha hruth)and agnisara & jalaneti kriyas in the presence of sun to improve deha agni in our body... and question yourself why some people are getting recovered, and some die ????? Also do Uddiyana Bandha, Jalandhar Bandha  to Improve Your Immunity and this is so powerful immunity that even snakes bite cannot affect you if you master them. If possible add Maha mudra, maha bandha,, maha vedha, khechari, moola banda, Vipareeta karani mudra, vajroli and shakti chalana . Yogic Way Try this, sit on a chair in a comfortable position , spinal cord straight , take a slow and deep breath (Known as pooraka) , hold your breath as long as you can (This is called kumbhaka) ,and finally release the breath very slowly (known as rechaka). Now repeat this process for 5 minutes looking at the stopwatch(for this time,you can increase the duration later).Keep Increasing the duration as per your convenience.
