Try this, sit on a chair in a comfortable position , spinal cord straight , take a slow and deep breath (Known as pooraka) , hold your breath as long as you can (This is called kumbhaka) ,and finally release the breath very slowly (known as rechaka). Now repeat this process for 5 minutes looking at the stopwatch(for this time,you can increase the duration later).Keep Increasing the duration as per your convenience.
The result of this breathing technique is profound. Trust me,try it.Just 5 minutes.
