How To prevent Corona According to Yoga
One simple logic is to
Avoid kapha predominant (madhuram and ,sheetali foods) like ice cream,non veg etc.
eat pitta (katu,tikta,kashaya) predominant foods like pepper,ginger,garlic etc...
And Make Sure A balance is maintained
Eat anti bactieral and immunity boosting foods like neem leaves,turmeric,tulsi leaves etc...
Do *YOGA*
Suryanamaskaras, kapalabhati to cleanse lungs,suryabhedana (krimi dosha hruth)and agnisara & jalaneti kriyas in the presence of sun to improve deha agni in our body...
and question yourself why some people are getting recovered, and some die ?????
Also do Uddiyana Bandha, Jalandhar Bandha to Improve Your Immunity and this is so powerful immunity that even snakes bite cannot affect you if you master them.
If possible add Maha mudra, maha bandha,, maha vedha, khechari, moola banda,Vipareeta karani mudra, vajroli and shakti chalana . See Videos on Youtube , read Precautions before doing search about these asanas on Youtube, Google, Study about them perfectly then start doing .
And you should also know when to do yoga, the time to do yoga , search all these on google
Practice Yoga at least 45 minutes everyday.
Use Mask, Use Hand Wash
Eat more cow ghee as it has the quality of deepanam....
Drink warm water, avoid cold water....
Use masks and maintain hygiene....
Prevention is better than cure
